  1. Users of ZIP SERVER(TM) must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

  3. "ZIP SERVER(TM) is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all warranties,
  4. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of 
  5. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no 
  6. liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from 
  7. the use of ZIP SERVER(TM)."

  9. ZIP SERVER(TM) is a "shareware program" and is provided at 
  10. no charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your 
  11. friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another 
  12. system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal 
  13. computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to 
  14. provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.

  16. If you find this program useful and find that you are using 
  17. ZIP SERVER(TM) and continue to use ZIP SERVER(TM) after a reasonable 
  18. trial period, you must make a registration payment of $39.50 for the
  19. Single User Edition or the price quoted based on the number of users
  20. for the Network Edition to Redei Enterprises. The registration fee will
  21. license one copy of the Single User Edition for use on any one computer 
  22. at any one time, or one copy of the Network Edition for use on any one
  23. server at any one time for any number of users not to exceed the limit
  24. of the license.

  26. Commercial users of ZIP SERVER(TM) must register and pay for their copies
  27. of ZIP SERVER(TM) within 30 days of first use or their license is withdrawn.
  28. Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting Redei Enterprises.

  30. Anyone distributing ZIP SERVER(TM) for any kind of remuneration must first 
  31. contact Redei Enterprises at the address in the REDEI.TXT file for 
  32. authorization.This authorization will be automatically granted to 
  33. distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for 
  34. shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering 
  35. ZIP SERVER(TM) immediately (However Redei Enterprises must still be advised
  36. so that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of 
  37. ZIP SERVER(TM)).

  39. You are encouraged to pass a copy of ZIP SERVER(TM) along to your friends 
  40. for evaluation. Please encourage them to register their copy if they find 
  41. that they can use it. All registered users will receive a copy of the latest
  42. version of the ZIP SERVER(TM) system.
